Nice art style and animation skills.
The whole story (and specially the "twist" at the end) was funny.
The only down point with this piece it's the audio, it could use some extra work on both voice acting and sound effects.

Is not a bad animation, but it seemed more like a "teaser", I didn't got any plot from it.
The audio it's a bit messy, the music drowns the voice acting, and couldn't get some of the dialogs.
I see this has potential to be an entertaining series, I would like to see a full chapter.

I Completely understand what you're saying. It was my fault for the low audio and drowning music, but y'know, everybody makes their mistakes. But I'll upload Episode 1 up on my Newgrounds since you're regarding it, but your rating may be a low one, because Episode 1 Characters are outdated and I learned a lot from since then.

Almost there man.
You have good audio, amusing dialog and situations, and all the scenes already figured.
Both drawing and animation are still too rough, but that is nothing a bit of extra practice can't fix.

Your animation could use some extra frames so it looks smoother as well as more backgrounds.
Pay special attention to your audio and try to have all sound effects at a balanced output level, same goes for voices and background music, and don't forget about fade-ins and fade-outs to avoid those clickings.

[Joel Chapter 2 Animation]

I like the polygon characters, they have a charm, remind me of psx games.
It is well made for someone who has little experience. Your work could improve its "visuals" adding some backgrounds, even fixed images will do the trick if they are good enough. Some extra emotion on the narrating voice will go nicely with that epic music.
You are in a good way to do great animations soon.
