It delivers !
It may be not much of a game (even if it has actual gameplay) but it's a funny joke and a very effective life waster.

In a game like this, having the "play field" into a big box is not the right thing to do. The walls will be better if they were see-through. Also a way to rotate the camera angle could help to know whats going on. I got stuck in an obstacle that I couldn't even see. A restart option is needed too. The sensitive controls are not a problem (imo) it adds to the challenge. Nice music.

It has potential, the control works well, and the moving white blocks to help you keep going its a nice addition to the platforming. Add more levels, some music, sound effects and a restart button and this could be something good. Keep creating.

Yeah, next time i make the game so long, but this time i have some problems, and i close this project. Okay, sorry for bad english, i talk english like a potato. :))

This was a nice throwback to the good 'ol NES days.
The second level reminded me a lot the turbo tunnel from battletoads.
And the way the character moves and jumps on third level has to be a megaman reference.
If there is something that can make this game enjoyable would be having some baddies to shoot on the different levels.

Controls respond well, the character is very simple, but could work as it is, if it had better animation.
There would be good to have a clear distinction between pits and platforms, if both are black, low platforms can be confused. music to set the mood and sound effects are a "must have"
I hope this is helpful to you. Keep creating.

SmarterThenYou responds:

I am changing the platforms. thank you.

There isn't much of it yet, but I like a lot the concept. I'm sure this project can become something really good once it has more images, colors and music variety.

Fun challenge. Controls respond well, and its a nice extra to have various difficulty levels.
The sound effects are good, just edit them properly to avoid those "clicky" sounds.
Some cool background music to set the mood will be nice to have too.

minimummums responds:

Thanks for saying something about the clicking, I hadn't noticed that! I can also tell you didn't toggle the intensity mode in the pause menu =P (unless you think 80s chase music isn't cool) Thanks for the review!

I enjoyed this game. The simple concept works for me, the fact of being able to use your own audio to play it, makes it interesting, and because of the speed linked to the music the game can be as challenging as you want.
This game could be more attractive if it had better artwork, I like the simple design, but its a bit too simple, some cool backgrounds could make a big difference.

Very entertaining and relaxing puzzler.
I found a bug, maybe someone else already told you. When you jump too close to the ceiling (specially on stairs) the bear gets stuck on mid air on doesn't go down. It's a good thing "R" restarts the level, otherwise it would be a serious issue.
Played using firefox (up to date, same as flash plugin)

Well done to be your first game.
It has a nice story, plenty of characters and stages, good music for the battles, the limited potions per stage give it a good amount of strategy. The simple art style works for me.
To make this game better you could add some backgrounds to each stage, that will help a lot to enrich the mood of both battles and story line, some landscapes and dungeon scenes maybe.

There's so many things I don't understand , and I'm not sure if I want to.
